this is speaking, the creator of Legendary Memories.

We are always open to new members, anyone of any skill level of roleplaying, and of any age.
We are friendly toward everyone, and welcome any, and every new member.
There is no minimum word limit, we only ask that you put in at least some detail, in your posts. One sentence is only okay every once in a while. We just want you to have fun, to have a good roleplay experience with us, and hopefully learn a couple things.
We opened May 2nd, of this year, and are currently fairly active.
There is lots to do once you join, and everyone, well mostly everyone , is always willing to help new members with new things.
Now, about the actual roleplay, because I bet you're dying to know

The Elders granted five equines the power over an element. They gave these equines the abilities, and the rules to follow, and sent the on their way. The Elementals had to learn everything themselves. Gaining control over their abilities little by little.
They all live in separate parts of the land. For if they meet, they will loose what little control they have. So they lived, alone and different from everyone else. Doomed to live this way forever, for they are immortal, and live forever.
There was Legal, the Sky Elemental. He had power over the sun and the clouds. He determines when the sun wakes, how long a day lasts, and when the sun sleeps. He moves the clouds in the sky, and the heat of the day.
There was Fallon, the Darkness Elemental. He had power over the moon and the stars. When the moon appears, and disappears. He also controls the cold. Being able to make rain turn to snow, or hail. Or making the clouds darker, ready for the rain. Or the shadows of the night, of the forest.
There was Caedalyn, the Water Elemental. She had the power to make it rain. She controls the drought and flooding. The flow of a river, or creek, and the crashing of a waterfall. The only thing she could not control, was the vast ocean, and the great waves that live there.
There was Ember, rightly named, as the Fire Elemental. Having the power over heat, and destruction. Controlling lightning during a storm, and the fires that come after. There was not much to this power besides death, and havoc. Fire is fire, and will always be.
And last, there was Aero. The Earth Elemental. She changed the seasons, and worked in harmony with nature. Creating, and helping, new living plants grow, and slowly letting older ones die.

Five very different equines, with five very different abilities, yet they were the same in many ways. Each immortal, and living forever, alone. But now, they have met. Something that was never supposed to happen. Already things are out of control. Ember, has set fire to Aero's lands, and Terre de Lume, leaving everything destroyed. Fallon has fallen in love with Karcii, what will the Elders think. Aero and Legal, two Elementals, have also fallen in love. Something unheard of, and definitely not allowed. Ember, joining forces with Nunnally, planning a, war? Will the Elders intervene before their precious Elementals get out of hand, to where not even they can stop them?

This is speaking. I'm an Elemental, or moderator on LM. I go by Smoky, and play Legal, Dancer, Cannon, Wind, and soon to be Nehele on LM. It's hard to find a good RPG that you can really get into, without things like unicorns or pegisi. It's all normal horses(well except for the elementals) over at LM, but I've gotten really into it. I also do graphics for the site(see Smoky or } and I've gotten really into the site, and taken my graphics to a whole new level. It's a nice place to get involved in. You never know when I'll have the sky moving, or have Legal's evil immortal(just to stir up trouble, not everyone gets an immortal horse) father, Wind, stirring up trouble. Aero slowed to a trot as she came into her own lands. She had been gone for a few days, and it seemed nothing had changed. Maybe a few wandering equines had shown up here, but it seems that they had all left. She couldn't blame them though. The area looked horrible. But it was Winter already, and the snow should cover everything up. The Autumn winds had blown most of the ashes away already, and she would make what was left disappear. And in the Spring, she would help restore everything. But when the end of Summer came, she shouldn't be here any longer. She would return to Bello Tramonto, to be with Legal, and birth their foal that was now beginning to grow inside her.

She hated leaving him, but she needed to come back here, and make sure that the land would grow back to its former glory. And, she needed to detach herself from it. Even when she was so far away, she could still feel every inch of the land, and know who was there at any moment. Her connection to this land wouldn't just vanish because her love is someplace else. So now, here she was, back in Schatten Terra, ready to release the bonds that held her here. She slowly walked forward, across what used to be White Pass. She looked at the ground as she traveled across the terrain. The ground slightly crunched under her light step. She made the remaining ashes vanish, so the ground was clear and barren.

Where she stepped, small patches of grass appeared. She sighed at the ground, not bothering to make the patches die and decompose back into the ground. Everywhere she went, things started growing. It was beginning to make her angry. Maybe this was the Elders way of punishing her. Making her loose her control over her abilities, and make things grow without her wanting them to. It was starting to annoy her.

She shook her head and slowed to a stop, looking back to where she had come. She sighed and looked back to the forest. A wind picked up and blew her mane forward, and along her face. The wind stopped, and she looked to the sky, seeing the clouds slightly grey. A small flake of white landed on her muzzle. She blinked and shook her head as more small flakes landed on her ears and along her back. She looked at the ground, making any remaining plants die, and receed into the ground. The small flurries probably wouldn't stick just yet, but the land needed to be ready for the snow that was to come.
